Full-time, salaried positions for LMSWs, MHC-LPs, and LMFT-LPs —
with real supervision, humane caseloads, and a team that genuinely has your back.
Dedicated by MyWellbeing was founded by Alyssa — an LCSW who experienced burnout early in her career and realized she wasn't alone. She built the practice she wished had existed: one where clinicians feel genuinely supported, where caseloads are humane, and where becoming a great therapist is treated as a shared responsibility.
As part of the broader MyWellbeing ecosystem — which has supported more than 250,000 people in their search for mental health care — Dedicated combines the warmth of a clinician-centered practice with the innovation and reach of a national mental health company.

Most therapy jobs ask you to see 35–40 clients a week, chase down supervision, and figure out billing on your own. We built something different.
The national average for outpatient therapists is 30–40 sessions per week. We cap at 28 and have salaried options as low as 22 sessions/week because our leadership team has lived the impact of unrealistically high caseloads, and they designed these roles to put provider wellbeing first.
We handle matching, marketing, and all administrative work so you can focus entirely on clinical care. No cold outreach. No scrambling to fill your calendar. A steady stream of thoughtfully matched adult clients, from day one.
Individual and group supervision 3–4x per month with clinical leaders who know your name, your caseload, and your growth edges — not just your session count. High-quality supervision is a core part of what we offer, not an afterthought.
Monthly professional development, quarterly community gatherings and socials, and a culture built by social workers who understand that holding others' pain is real work. You won't be alone here.
Billing, malpractice insurance, practice management software, HIPAA-compliant tools, and operational support — all included. We cover ~$3,000/month in practice expenses so you never have to think about the backend.
We're currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, and United — and expanding to Medicaid — because we believe access to quality care shouldn't depend on a client's income. You'll be part of a team building toward a healthier tomorrow.
We offer two salaried positions at different caseload levels — because we've seen what happens when that number gets too high, and we refuse to repeat it.
Both pathways begin at a fee-for-service rate while you build your caseload, then transition to full-time salaried with benefits once you're at capacity. Not sure which pathway is right for you? We're happy to talk it through.
From our 2026 internal therapist satisfaction survey — themes our team
kept coming back to: supervision, community, responsive leadership, and growth.
My single favorite thing about working at Dedicated is how well my supervisor knows me and how attentive she is in answering my questions and building my confidence in the room. I wouldn't be the therapist I am today without her.Supervision
I honestly wasn't expecting to build such lasting friendships when I took this job. There's something so needed about having a group of people who actually get what it feels like to be holding others' trauma when most of the time you are also working through your own.Community
This team is somehow the Goldilocks: more diverse and innovative than other group practices, but not as large and bureaucratic as a hospital where the humanity in the work starts to get lost.Culture
I've really come to love our business learning at MyWellbeing. I would have never expected that — but I've also never been exposed to it, and I feel really lucky to be learning how to one day open my own practice with less fear.Professional Growth
When I worked at a hospital, I hated that I was rushing around and mostly doing paperwork. I then worked at a small group practice, and honestly, they didn't have an approach to tech or business that helped me feel organized. This team found the sweet spot.Team Size
When I took this job, I'll be honest, I was looking to get my clinical hours. But Alyssa and Jenny have created an environment that is so obviously designed by social workers. I have never felt this supported or listened to by a leadership team.Leadership

Our most recent learning deep dives:
How do we choose?
Each month, we survey our therapist team, analyze research in the field and data from our client community, and consult with our internal Therapist Advisory Group — a select group of 5–10 internal therapists who help shape our strategy — to choose our upcoming topics.
A note from our founder:
Whether you're building confidence in your clinical voice, deepening your expertise, or working toward your LCSW, our goal is to help you become the strongest clinician you can be.
Our team is fully remote, with teammates across the U.S. and internationally, united by a shared belief that clinician wellbeing and client care go hand in hand. Therapists do their best work when they feel supported, connected, and empowered to practice authentically.
— Alyssa, LCSW & Founder
